Solor panels arrive for new classroom block		Project Timeline 2007: 23 Acres of Land and 99 year Lease Acquired 2008: 30 Students/Day school program for at-risk girls launched Design for boarding school completed 2009: Phase I construction of multi-purpose building (classroom block, dormitories, matron and headmistress lodging and office) Students graduate from Day School program and are eligible to re-enter the formal school system at secondary level 2010: Secondary boarding school opens in January in our new buildings Recruitment and start of second group of at-risk girls who have dropped out of school.  Students begin remedial day program; Form I (8th grade) begin as boarders; 56 total students Market assessment and business plan completed for developing on and off-campus businesses 2011:  Total 86 students; phase II construction of additional classrooms and dormitories 2012-2013: Total 150 students; phase III construction to expand Sega School Campus 2011 - 2015: Sega Girls School supports 200 students by 2015 and is a role model school as : A Leader in Education - in experiential learning & use of information communication technologies A Model for Environmentsl Stewardship - with sustainable technologies Financially Self-Sufficient -development of on-and-off campus businesses run by teachers and students
