The school provides a safe heaven and quality education relevant to the rural Tanzanian context to girls who otherwise would be left behind in extreme poverty and isolation. Many of the girls have lost their parents and have been exploited. What Your Donation Will Support School supplies for 1 girl attending day program for at-risk girls  (30 girls attend, total supply cost  $1,050) $35 Educate a girl for one year, day program for at-risk girls. (Teachers, transporation, books,& recreational equipment/30 students) $720 Solar lamps for night time studying (need 35 individual lamps) $20 ea Solar refrigerator for new school building w/ panels $2300 33 mahogany trees @ $3 ea. (includes boundary clearing, hole digging, tree purchase, tree planting, transportation, manure, manure transport, labour, and supervision) $100 150 watt solar lighting for laptop panel for Sega School (8 panels required, total cost $10,400) $1300 Provide a full medical check-up and medicine for 5 girls (30 girls total: $1,350) $500 Development of a playing fields (socccer, netball) with goal posts $3500 Bicycles for 8 day students for transport to main road Donated $75 ea 5 durable Inveneo computers, network server, durable printer $6300 Provide a hot lunch for 5 girls for six months (Total hot lunch cost for 30 girls for the year $3,444) $574 School bus (transportation for day students, field trips, operational needs)   $30,000
